Traducido diría algo asi como:
Destreza es la abilidad de superar obstaculos, el primero de ellos usualmente la falta de conocimiento sobre lo que deseamos hacer. Es igual en todo lo que queremos llevar a cabo. Destreza es el resultado de intentarlo una y otra vez, aplicando nuestra abilidad y probando nuestro conocimiento mientras lo obtenemos. Acostumbremonos a tirar el trabajo infructuoso y a hacerlo una y otra vez. Acostumbremonos a ver los obstaculos como algo esperado en cada esfuerzo, así no se veran tan insuperables ni tan derrotistas.
